Pilot terms
The boundaries of participating in an early-stage research programme.
Research only
Every page on this site is part of an early-stage validation study. Submitting a form registers interest and nothing more. It does not create a contract, a booking, a listing, a membership, a match or a service agreement.
No service is being provided
No care service is being arranged or brokered. No hotel or resort booking is being taken, and no property is a confirmed partner. No dating introductions, matches or dates are being arranged. Any partnership or pilot would be agreed separately, in writing.
Concept names
CarePass, DAYOUT and Meet First are working concept names used for this study. They may change, and any concept may be discontinued at any time without notice.
Pricing shown
Any rand amounts on these pages are illustrative examples used to test willingness to pay. They are not offers, quotes or committed prices, and no payment is collected anywhere on this site.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it — including where you submit business contact details on behalf of an employer or property. Handling of your information is described on the Privacy page.
If a pilot goes ahead
A pilot would be scoped in a separate written agreement covering price, duration, responsibilities, safety obligations and data handling. Registering interest here places no obligation on you or on Validation Lab.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
