What these pages are

CarePass, DAYOUT and Meet First are working concept names for early-stage research experiments. The pages are research and beta sign-up experiences only. No care service, hotel booking or dating service is currently being contracted through this site.

Who is responsible

Validation Lab, an early-stage venture validation project based in South Africa, is the responsible party for the information collected here. This processing is intended to be consistent with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what each form asks for. For business concepts: name, work email, company or property details and your answers about commercial preferences. For the Meet First beta: first name, age band, launch city, broad area, email, optional mobile number and optional preference answers.

We do not collect ID numbers, photographs, exact home addresses or verification documents at this stage. Please do not send them to us.

Why we collect it

To measure whether there is real demand for each concept, to contact you if you consented to that, and to decide whether to run a small pilot. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Consent

Each form has an explicit consent checkbox and is only stored when you consent to being contacted about the relevant research or beta programme.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in a private managed database that is not publicly readable. We keep them only for as long as this validation study runs, and delete them when it concludes or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Reply to any message we send you, or use the contact details given in the conversation that follows your submission.

Children

These pages are not intended for anyone under 18. The Meet First form requires you to confirm you are 18 or older.
